  Hello :) Per that document: This feature requires you to use a Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 or Exchange Server 2007 account.
  cPanel currently supports the Exim MTA only. Thank you.

  This is a Microsoft feature you are referring to, and per their documentation it's only supported on an Exchange server. You could contact them directly for information about support for Exim. Thank you.
