don't send any email from CSF & IFD and CSX ?

Hello, My server don't send any email from CSF & IFD and CSX (report messages) to me, but isn't problem in exim, because i recive email messages from server root such as account creation or etc ..., so i have Edit System Mail Preferences and put my email address into 3 field, What is the problem ? please help me, Thanks to all

  Are you by chance using gmail for your contact email? Gmail may be blocking you. You might try searching for your contact email in the reports: WHM " Email " Mail Delivery Reports You might find some clues as to whats going wrong from there.

  Thanks for your reply, Please note my server does send some email such as Account creation or etc ... but don't send CSF & IFD and CSX report messages, I see the error on Mail Delivery Reports for root emails, how to fix this problem? Result: ailed to find user "system" from expanded string "${lookup{$domain}lsearch* {/etc/userdomains}{$value}}" for the virtual_aliases_nostar router
