WHM Account Packages disappeared

Hello, I had created some Account Packages some time ago through WHM and multiple accounts are assigned to use them. I was trying to create an account now, and when trying to "Choose a Package", I found that the list is empty. If I go to accounts list and look at the package column i can see the name of the previously created package. If i go to Delete Package, or Edit Package, I find nothing. Thanks

  Hello :) Check to see if the packages exist in: /var/cpanel/packages/ Are you sure you have logged in as "root" and not as a reseller? Thank you.

  Thanks Michael, No there are no files there except dir extensions. I am definitely logging in as root.

  It's likely the packages were manually deleted at some point if they do not exist in /var/cpanel/packages/. You will need to recreate the packages if you have no backup of that directory. Thank you.
