"Could not open secure TLS server to the IMAP server"

I have a client on my bluehost account who is getting an error when searching email via Horde and Squirrel, "Could not open secure TLS server to the IMAP server." I've searched for the error on google and nothing comes up...does anyone have any suggestions for this? Also, the email was working correctly, they could search it via Outlook, then all of a sudden recently it stopped working. They are pretty sure they did not change any settings though. Thank you for any feedback.

  Hello :) I suggest consulting with your hosting provider regarding that message so they can review the mail logs to determine the cause of the problem. It's difficult to troubleshoot that type of issue without root access to the server. Thank you.
