Restored files using Back up Wizard

I've done a partial restore of the home directory using back up wizard in order to upload the files. This is complete. Will the files be in the correct place for the website to work, .i.e. will public_html work correctly or will I have to move things around?

  Hello :) Yes, website files are stored in the public_html directory. What method did you use to backup the account and then to restore it? Is there any reason you chose a partial backup instead of a full backup? Thank you.
