Ftp::delftp hook doesn't fire

Hi, I'm trying to implement the hook for Ftp::delftp. So I created a php script and placed at /usr/local/cpanel/hooks/ftp/delftp and gave chmod 755 permissions. Then executed /usr/local/cpanel/bin/register_hooks I noticed that delftp was in the list of registered hooks. But when I delete a ftp account using cPanel, it does not fire the delftp script I implemented. Please help. Thanks.

  It seems any of ftp hooks are not triggered by cPanel ftp functionalities.
