cPanel Order Issue

Hello, I have just purchased a new dedicated server and wanted to try cPanel. I have requested a trial license key and it says that there is a license installed on the current IP. I have never used cPanel on that IP before, it"s my first dedicated server that I purchased. Regards, Mike G.

  Hello, May be cpanel install previously on your server IP from your service provider that's why you get this error. Cpanel trail license will get one at time for each each IP. You can't use trail license multiple time from same IP :) Thanks

  Someone else most likely had a cPanel server on that IP before you. You are unlikely to get this resolved via the forum - either contact sales and ask them to remove the IP (I don't know if they will do that), or explain the situation to your provider and ask for a different IP.
