Mariadb or cPanel bug

Hello I was opened a topic about max_user_connections problem After sometimes I found that it is related to Mariadb, I tried to install mariadb (via cloudlinux db_governor) After that, I found that I can not use transfer tools! I saw this error : DBI::Mysql connect('','root',...) failed: User 'root' has exceeded the 'max_user_connections' resource (current value: -1) at /usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel/MysqlUtils/Connect.pm line 136
Please note that [COLOR="#FF0000">there is no problem until I fill Transfer tools input boxes and click Fetch account lists So it seams it is related to Transfer tool!

  Please note that MariaDB is not supported on cPanel 11.44 or 11.46 MariaDB uses a signed value to store this value. MySQL uses an unsigned value. (see:

  Hi Isn't there any other way rather than waiting for 11.48? I have replaced mysql with mariadb and I'm stuck! Nothing works, phpmyadmin, even executing mysql grants this error: root@server11 [~]# mysql ERROR 1226 (42000): User 'root' has exceeded the 'max_user_connections' resource (current value: -1) !!! So isn't there any way to change this simple value in mariadb??? isn't that a shame?!   ok just posted now on forum with respect to migrating to mariadb. Rather not I guess. Going to wait it out a few months till I'm confident my users won't have issues. :)
