import MySQL from old host

Hello All, I hope I explain this right. We are moving some of our sites in house. When I started to create a db so I could CLI import the database as it is 385Mb I noticed that it will prefix the db with the site name. I can only imagine that this will cause issues when I upload the site files. Is there a way to create a database without the prefix? Thanks in advance. WLS-ITGuy

  Hello :) Yes, you can browse to the "SQL" tab in "WHM Home " Server Configuration " Tweak Settings" and turn off the following option: "Require a username prefix on names of new databases and database users" Thank you.

  It's important to create the databases through cPanel to ensure ownership is assigned correctly. You can create the database through the command line, but you must use the database mapping tool after doing so: "WHM Home " SQL Services " Database Map Tool" Thank you.
