Contact Form Issue

Please help! I have downloaded the Contact Form Email application. I would like to change the "Thank You" page that my visitors see after they click on the submit button. I would like the page to look the same as my other pages with the navigation bar & my photo slider banner. But when I update it I am seeing my new text however the navigation bar links don't work & my photos are not showing up or all my CSS styles I have set for the page. :( Is there a way to change the "thanks.php" page? I really don't like the default generic thank you page that came with the Contact Form Email Application. Thank you so so much in advance! I'm sorry I forgot to add that I am using Dreamweaver.

  If I understand you properly, you might want to check with the applications author wherever you downloaded it from. Or possibly even a Dreamweaver support forum of some sort. This doesn't read to me like a cPanel issue.
