Problem with transfer accounts - pkgacct
Well, I have 2 servers. Both with the WHM 11.44.1 (build 18) version
When I tried to transfer an account, the process stop in this point:
I tried to run on source server the command
Out the same error occurs I tried even a "/scripts/upcp --force" but system crashes at some point and never finish. There's something I missing? There's a way to workaround this to easily transfer the accounts from the "sick" server to the new one? Thanks
Archive/Tar/Builder.pm did not return a true value at /usr/local/cpanel/scripts/pkgacct line 90.
BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at /usr/local/cpanel/scripts/pkgacct line 90.I tried to run on source server the command
# /scripts/pkgacct myusernameaccountOut the same error occurs I tried even a "/scripts/upcp --force" but system crashes at some point and never finish. There's something I missing? There's a way to workaround this to easily transfer the accounts from the "sick" server to the new one? Thanks

Hello :) Could you elaborate on what you see when the cPanel update fails? You can review the update logs in the following directory: /var/cpanel/updatelogs/ Thank you.0 -
hi... thank you for the response, but the server is no longer active. I've done all manually because my deadline. I have no acess anymore on that server. :D. don't know about updatelogs, but as I notice, the cpanel updates never gone wrong... 0 -
You won't be able to investigate the cPanel update issue if the server is no longer active, but feel free to let us know if you experience any additional issues with transfers on the destination server. Thank you. 0 -

yes, thank you the new server is ok, also have cpanel, and the pkgacct works fine... I guess the old server has just falling into pieces with endless hardware failures, and one of this failures corrupted pkgacct required files... we can close this topic :D0
