    Hello :) Could you elaborate on what you see when the cPanel update fails? You can review the update logs in the following directory: /var/cpanel/updatelogs/ Thank you.

    hi... thank you for the response, but the server is no longer active. I've done all manually because my deadline. I have no acess anymore on that server. :D. don't know about updatelogs, but as I notice, the cpanel updates never gone wrong...

    yes, thank you the new server is ok, also have cpanel, and the pkgacct works fine... I guess the old server has just falling into pieces with endless hardware failures, and one of this failures corrupted pkgacct required files... we can close this topic :D
