  Hello, You will have to contact your hosting provider to check the exact logs of your mail issues, As I can see you do not have root access of server.

  Hello :) Yes, please have your hosting provider review /var/log/exim_mainlog to see if there are any specific entries related to Hotmail that explain why those messages fail to deliver. Thank you.
