PHP Shell

While daily server scan I found some files with result : PHP.Shell-38 found . When I tested those file found its very risky. How can I prevent user for accessing/uploading these types for files I found one answer for this :

  Hello, You can install ConfigServer eXploit Scanner on your server. It's will scan all files while uploading on your server through FTP, File manger OR web browser

  Hello :) It's likely a good idea to have security measures in place so that the files do not work as intended even when they are uploaded. The "Security Advisor" option in Web Host Manager is a good place to start. Thank you.
