Can't login into cPanel (WHM on Developer)

Hi, I'm sign-up for WHM/cPanel test license as a developer to build a plugin. I've successfully installed WHM on my server and it works via IP:2087. However, I can't access cPanel. There are no "Users Account" section in WHM. I need to have at least 1 cPanel account active in order to test the plugin. Sections I have are: Server Configuration, Security Center, Server Contacts, Service Configuration, Cluters, IP Functions, cPanel, Restart Services. My setup: WHM 11.44.1 (build 18). I'm using 1 server. Thanks,

  Also: - WHM is "DNS ONLY" branded - IP:2082 or IP:2083 do not work Am I missing something from the documentation to make this work?

  Sounds like you may have installed the wrong version. [url=http://httpupdate.cpanel.net/]Downloads - cPanel Inc. You want: Latest cPanel & WHM Installer Not: Latest Installer for DNSONLY servers
