How to recognize newly added cPanels, so i can scan only these for viruses?

Hello, from time to time there are accounts that spreading malicious files, these are small just a few files or only malicious file. I would like to do some automatic low server resource exhaustive test only on new cpanel accounts. How can i recognize these new cPanels, any shell script that can achieve this, do you have any automated solutions for this that you mind shaing or linking to? Thanks

  CXS has an option that lets you limit a scan to recently added files.

  Hello :) You can use applications such as Maldet or CXS, but note that automated tools won't catch everything. It's a good idea to have an overall secure system in place. Thank you.
