After yesterday cPanel updates Apache service crashes after few seconds when it's launched

Hello everybody, For now when I restart apache service, after few seconds my websites begin to be unreachable. However, I can ping subdomains and DNS is working. I opened a ticket 5589021 but I need to start service again asap. Tried to recompile easyapache no newer php version but it didnt help, so I recompiled to previous version. What would you advice me to do? My nameservers and etc can be looked up here - Removed -

  Everything solved. One ip address was attacking my website with 400 connections so it maxed out apache limits, I banned that ip
