Can't login to cpanel I am redirected to virus scaning

Strange no matter how much I try I can not login to cpanel directly or from whm As soon as I login I am redirected to virus scanning request page Please see the this image - Removed - I forced cpanel update but it did not work I uninstalled clamav but still it is not going away Any idea?

  Hello :) Are you using a custom theme or branding for this account? Do you notice any errors in /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log when accessing the account? Thank you.
