cannot connect to website after VPS reboot

One of our VPS went off the air today and the service provider tells us that they rebooted it. We can connect to WHM and to the users cPanel via WHM But not to the users website through a browser or their cPanel or Webmail - It all results in a 'network error' Firewall have been flushed etc. Any Ideas?

  Hello :) Do you notice any output to /usr/local/apache/logs/error_log when attempting to access a website? Or, do you see any out of place errors in /var/log/messages or /var/log/dmesg? Thank you.
