Spam with no FROM address. How to block this?

Hi, Is there some way in WHM, or configuration in EXIM that any incoming email with no FROM email address is just dropped at the server? Thanks!

  Hello :) Could you elaborate more about the message you received? For instance, are you sure there is no FROM address, even in the message header? Thank you.

  Thanks, Here's what I see in the top-most line of the email header: Return-path: <> I would like to find a method in exim to kill such email completely, or a rule in spamassassin to heavily score such email.
