Hi, Does setting a "Maximum Hourly Email by Domain Relayed" under Modify an Account also limit the number of emails sent via Webmail? Ta. Will.

  Can you set this value to 0 and not have it be unlimited? What's the best way to ensure that a particular account cannot send email at all?
