554 SMTP Relay "Message rejected"

Hello by outlook it says 554 SMTP Relay "Message rejected" my outgoing server requires authentication is enabled. please help

  Hello :) Have you tried sending email via Webmail to see if the issue is isolated to your connection/email client? Does it happen regardless of the recipient address? Thank you.
