Cannot add reverse DNS entry to existing DNS records

Hi all. Have setup under WHM the DNS zone. Have also input the PTR as well.now. Now go back to create the reverse DNS entry, having the values ready. When inputting the ip, and the domain, An error shows: there is a DNS zone already exists I follow the documentation of cPanel for adding the reverse DNS entry, is there any guide or tutorial notes I should refer. Do I overlook something?

  Thanks and my apology for late revert for being away a week. Indeed, your hint is very precision that I have overlooked the domain text box which I simply input the same domain name which should not be the case. Have just created successfully the Reverse DNS zone. However, there is another co-related issue. The hosting account shares the same IP, domain with the system. WHM allows hosting account thereunder to create the DNS zone sharing the same IP, same domain, but does not allow the hosting account sharing the Reverse DNS. Shall I delete the system Reverse DNS zone to allot to the hosting account instead? Thanks again~
