Issues with migration

We migrated to a new server and there are some things going on that are not the same. What I dont get is why since both versions of cPanel are the same? Every time I have migrated to a new server the database password and cPanel passwords are out of sync. For whatever reason the tool that used to fix this has been removed and now I have to reset each account one at a time. Seems to me before the sync tool as removed a solution for this bug that has plagued cPanel since day one would have been fixed.

  Hello :) What method did you use to transfer your accounts? Do you notice any error messages in the transfer logs found in "WHM Home " Transfers " Review Transfers and Restores"? Thank you.
