Cpanel failed to reduce the size

Hello, my cpanel is full but i delete one email account before without delete the emails inside it, i try to access the mails folder via ftp and delete the folder of such account but it still full and after looking the disk usage its show the email still there..please help.

  Hello :) You may need to contact your web hosting provider for assistance if deleting the email account is not increasing the available disk space on the account. Thank you.
