Early warnings to prevent blacklisting?

Hi, I have a cpanel server that has all the Way To The Web extensions on it such as ConfigServer, but occasionally a user gets pwned and their email password is stolen. You know what happens next, the email worm fills up the queue until their hourly rate is reached. If I don't catch it in time, my server gets listed on Senderbase and takes a week or more to get delisted. What does everyone use to get early notifications so that you can change the email account password before you get blacklisted everywhere?
