EXIM Update Failed - Progressive Reset failed.
I just upgraded to WHM 11.46.0 (build 9) and got an email saying:
cPanel was unable to automatically merge your Exim configuration with the new settings that shipped
with the build you have installed (11.46.0 (build 9)) because you have a custom or broken configuration which
cannot be automatically configured.
(Even though I do not recall ever making an exim customization).
I followed the steps on on the yellow tab.
"Choose 'Reset cPanel & WHM Exim configuration files, one option at a time, until the installed Exim configuration is valid' under the 'Reset Tab'."
It fails quickly, this is the response:
Resetting Exim CF and ReplaceCF Configuration to Defaults.....
Resetting Exim ACL Configuration to Defaults.....
Resetting Advanced Exim Inserts to Defaults.....
Resetting All Exim Configuration to Defaults.....
Disabling custom and third party ACLS....
cPanel was unable to automatically merge your Exim configuration with the new settings that shipped
with the build you have installed (11.46.0 (build 9)) because you have a custom or broken configuration which
cannot be automatically configured.
This configuration update is critical, however we were not able to install a working
exim configuration do to the customizations installed on your system.
In order to complete this configuration update, you will need to remove the customizations
and manually merge your configuration with the new configuration settings.
Then it just tells me to do the same steps I just did.
Any idea how to fix this?

Hello :) Since you mentioned having no customizations, try using "Reset the entire Exim configuration to the default settings provided with cPanel & WHM" under the "Reset" tab in "WHM >> Exim Configuration Manager" and let us know if that helps. Thank you. 0
