Forgot WHM security questions

Hi, I'm having an issue with my WHM as i forgot the security questions to it. So i asked my vps provider to help me reset them as my SSH clients aren't working tried like 4 incl. putty. But they want 25euros to do the 1minute job. I complained saying thats ridiculous and they sent me to this:
