Hello :) Are you attempting to use a secure URL with port 2082? What's the exact URL you are using (with an example domain name)? Thank you.

    ]Ok!! example.com:2082

Your 2082 is forwarding to 2083 (SSL), and I'm guessing your certificate is invalid.

And what is the solution? for all ports ( 2082,2086...)

Check to ensure a valid CABundle is installed if you are using a commercial SSL certificate by using: "WHM Home " Service Configuration " Manage Service SSL Certificates" Or, try clearing your browser cache or checking with an alternate browser to see if the issue persists. Thank you.

It simply allows logins without the use of SSL. It's a security preference on whether you prefer to require SSL connections to access cPanel/WHM/Webmail. Thank you.

Hi :), If you do not want to have an untrusted warning, you would need to purchase a Valid SSL certificate from an SSL provider, then install that certificate using WHM > Manage Service SSL Certificates area. You should generate the Certificate in WHM > SSL/TLS > Generate a SSL Certificate and Signing Request area for the server's hostname, then provide the generated CSR to the SSL provider to purchase an SSL certificate. Else, you can disable the SSL warning using below steps: Login to WHM >> Tweak Setting >> Uncheck the following options under Redirection ## Always redirect users to the ssl/tls ports when visiting /cpanel, /webmail, etc. Also you have to uncheck the following option under Security in Tweak Settings. ## Require SSL for all remote logins to cPanel, WHM and Webmail.

I too have this problem login via a different browser is ok, only chrome has this problem. Log-in via Firefox confirms a secure and valid certificate.

Could you verify the behavior and specific warning messages that appear in both browsers? Does this happen after clearing the browser cache? Thank you.
