Apple changed the specifications of its push service:

  I explained bad, sorry, my customer use push service apple for its app, him use this for send push notifications: old url: ssl://gateway.push.apple.com:2195 new url: tls://gateway.sandbox.push.apple.com:2195 but today I received confirmation that new url work fine, I think that not problems with it, so tls protocol work fine

  cPanel should not interfere with third-party applications/services like this that you install on your system. Thank you.
