prevent phishing sites on subdomains

How I can block creation of subdomains that include the following words: "paypal", "paypal" on globally way? I want to prevent phishing sites. Bless

  Hello, It's not possible block these subdomain domain creation on your server but you can setup the bash scrips which will scan your all sub-domain and will send mail alert if any phishing domain is found on your servre, I can see you do not have root access of your server and due to that you will have to contact your hosting provider to setup this type of scrips.

  Hello, Thanks for your suggestion but is not what I am looking. I use cxs and this script detect all exploits when are upload. I am looking for a solution directo to cPanel, ex. Block all subdomains that contains some *words* upon creation. I am root of my own server
