mysql databases not shown in cpanel

hi to all i migrate all of my websites from old cpanel server to new cpanel server i migrate progress i dont see any warnings and errors and the migration successfully after migration i checked the new server and then i see /var/lib/mysql folder is emtpy and all websites have mysql problem. i transfer /var/lib/mysql folder from old server to new server and then mysql problem for websites is ok . but now i see that mysqldatabases in cpanel not shown . how can i solve this problem?

  So, You moved the /var/lib/mysql manually? I would recommend moving the accounts again from your old server.

  thanks for your replay . i dont have any access to old server . becuase the old server has been terminated . how can i solve the problem ? thanks
