How do I find my support access ID?
I would like to submit a ticket but to do this, they ask me my support access ID and I don't know where to find it.
They suggest to check this:
From WHM: Click on Support Center under the Support heading.
From a shell: Execute `/usr/local/cpanel/cpanel -S` as the root user
But for me it's not clear, these kind of commands are too complicated.
Can anyone help me?
Thanks!
Monica

from WHM Home " Support " Support Center Submit a Support Request Your Support Access Number: is on the page -1 -
The access level you selected in the forum is "Website Owner." If all you have is a hosting package with a cPanel username, you do not have a support access ID. For support, you need to talk to your hosting provider. Your hosting provider can then contact us on your behalf, if they are not able to solve a problem to your satisfaction. If you do not log into the WebHost Manager as root, or if you do not know what that means, then all you have is a hosting package with a cPanel username, and you need to talk to your hosting provider for support. 0 -
I also wanted to mention that this area provides some help for site owners, including answers to common questions and suggestions for how to contact your hosting provider: [url=http://cpanel.net/help/]Help | cPanel, Inc. 0
