Daily crashing of MySQL on cPanel new dedicated server

  Just want to update that it's been about a week or so since I increased the open files limit. I have not done anything with the server since that update, and MySQL has not crashed a single time. Thus, my conclusion, is that this solved the issue. Hope it helps you too!
