FollowSymlinks - reduce bad security impact, allow for one user only

Hello, is possible to allow symlinks "Option +FollowSymlinks" for certain cpanel user or directory only and for rest users globally disable that (in PHP Global Configuration can be globally diabled/enabled)? Thank you
