Not able to block port 25 in cpanel

hi cpanel i need help showing how i can block port 25 in cpanel. i tried to block from: Home "Server Configuration "Tweak Settings but i'm still got it open after test : telnet domain.rw 25 220-bravo.domain.rw ESMTP Exim 4.82 #2 Fri, 07 Nov 2014 11:41:40 +0200 220-We do not authorize the use of this system to transport unsolicited, 220 and/or bulk e-mail. and i really got some much spammer trouble using port 25. please help !!!:(

  Hey, Try to close the port 25 using CSF ( if installed )

  Yes, Remove 25 port from CSF config and change exim port through WHM > Service Manager > exim on another port > check and specify another port.
