Weird stuff after restore

After a server died we had to restore all backups of the server to new hardware. We noticed the following things; - public_html directories did no longer had 'nobody' as group but the username. - subdomains had permission 700 so they no longer worked. - ip's are gone from the sitelist overview in C-panel, it says 'MISSING' And I think not all addon domains are listed in 'list subdomains'. I know for sure three are missing, but these domains are not in our DNS, possibly that has something to do with it? Are these things normal after a restore? Thanks!

  Hello :) What method did you use to restore the backups? Were these cPanel-generated backup archives? Thank you.
