[Case 133489] Create a New Account Account Creation Status: failed The PostgreSQL service is down.

This is very weird, everything was working fine until today I go to create an account and get this error. Create a New Account Account Creation Status: failed The PostgreSQL service is down. When I scroll down to SQL Services, I click on Configure PostGresql and it shows normal. I'm at a loss here, trying to find some logs that tell me what the issue is, no luck. Any help would be great! I think cPanel upgraded to the latest version, maybe that's it. Mike

  Hello :) Do you notice any output to /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log when attempting to create the account? Thank you.

  Today I am getting this same error. PostgreSQL service is running but when I try to create a new account it tells me it isn't. Any help on this?

  If it helps, I did have this as output to my /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log: psql: FATAL: no pg_hba.conf entry for host "[local]", user "postgres", database "postgres", SSL off

  Please browse to "WHM Home " SQL Services " Configure PostgreSQL" and select the following option: "Install Config" Let us know if the error message persists after completing this action. Thank you.
