regular user with reseller rights?

Hi, I have one problem. i have one user without reseller rights and are not in wheel group but, he have access to switch account in cpanel over all the other users from the same reseller owner of him. What can i do ? i have checked all reseller settings in whm and the wheel group manager. to be sure, i have give it reseller rights and remove it and i have do the same thing with wheel group. It is on a brand new vps and it was the firs account on it. Sorry guys for my english... i hope someone will help me with this. Thanks Dany

  He should not own any accounts, not even his own if he's a normal cPanel account. See who owns his account here: Home " Account Information " List Accounts Owner is listed on right side of page.

  in the list accounts, the owner is my reseller account but if i log in cpanel with my client credentials, i have access to the other users owned by my reseller account.

  The only way i have find to limit access to other account owned by my reseller was to go in tweak settings and put Accounts that can access a cPanel user account: to cPanel User Only. With this way to do, my reseller account can't switch anymore over the other users accounts in cpanel. It's supposed to work like that or the reseller can switch over account but not the users when it is on the option "Account-Owner and cPanel User Only" ?

  i find my solution. It was because the owner of my reseller account was itself. I have changed my owner account for the reseller to root and voil", my users can't access other account but my reseller yes.
