Hi, We want to copy accounts from servers but we get this error The system failed to connect to "our server" on port "22" because of an error: Connection refused Both servers run WHM Cpanel CENTOS 5.10 i686 kvm " erestor WHM 11.44.1 (build 19) CENTOS 6.5 x86_64 standard " sd-950673-l WHM 11.44.0 (build 22) Thanks Diego R

  Hello, Please first confirm that your source server ssh port is 22. After that make destination IP entry at /etc/host.allow file at source server end to allow connection. If you are using csf firewall then allow destination server IP in csf allow list at source server end. Then try to access server using transfer tool from destination server end. Thanks

  Hello :) Check to ensure you can manually access the source server from the remote server via SSH or SFTP and try downloading files. If it works manually, then you should have no issues with the cPanel transfer tool. Thank you.
