Some other notes about this issue: No new DNS records are being established when a new account is started on the server. So the issue apparently is beyond that of a DNS record display problem with the Edit DNS Zone feature in WHM. I CAN however, enter a domain of an account that we know to be on the server, and it will pull up the zone file record just fine, however, I have not yet attempt to edit any zone file records in such a record, fearing that this may lead to the creation of other issues. Also, I just discovered that Edit MX Entry in WHM DOES show a list of domains/zone files. Because this has occurred on three of four servers where the recent cPanel update was performed, I am reluctant to conduct the common fixes, e.g. by clicking Perform DNS Cleanup, etc. for fear that something systemic is going on with this. I'd really like cPanel.net to take a look at this, and advice us how to fix the other servers where this is broken, but so far there's been no response to the ticket in over two hours. This is very unusual all the way around.

If any one else experiences this same issue, it appears to have something to do with CloudLinux and how everything relates to DNS syncing internally. A hardware reboot seems to be the cure.

Hello :) I was unable to reproduce the issue you have described on a cPanel server with Cloud Linux. If it happens again or you are able to reproduce it on another server, then please open a bug report so we can take a closer look: Submit A Bug Report Thank you.
