I can not access my cpanel server

I was editing my CPANEL redirects, when finished, ah me off. since I can no longer access the WHM / cPanel and SSH Server. try changing the passwd from the Atlantic Cloud Panel. and still not letting me access any service, why this happens?

  Hello, What error are you getting ? Also I will suggest you please try to login your server through KVM, If you have KVM details.
