How to select a specific ip in package while creating a new account.

I want to make different packages that has different IP's. E.g Package A has 0.0.0.0 as it's shared ip Package B has 1.1.1.1 as it's shared ip and so on.... SO how to do it ? :p Or it's not possible ? :(
