how to use private ip and public ip on Cpanel

Hi my name sandi from indonesia. i still newbie to use cpanel whm. so i wanna ask something. i use ip private and ip public for my cpanel server. and after i make one client and i wanna see from public connection its not a problem. but when i check from my local connection its still show default page from cpanel. what should i do ? sorry for my bad language

  /scripts/build_cpnat

  i use command /script/build_cpnat and this is the result info [build_cpnat] 111.223.xxx.xxx => 111.223.255.22 warn [build_cpnat] Unable to map 192.168.56.20 info [build_cpnat] All publicly routeable addresses are the same as the local address. Not a NAT system.
