How to import a large database without SSH?

Hey, I have a db thats 200-300mb gzipped and I dont have SSH access, is there any way to restore it? phpmyadmin is set at 50mb. Thanks for any help

  Hello :) You will need to restore it via SSH if it's too large for phpMyAdmin. You may need to provide it to your hosting provider if you do not have access to restore it via SSH on your own, or ask them to grant SSH access to your account. Thank you.
