cPanel account creation

So I am trying to access cpanal from domain.com . However, whenever I go to the add user in whm, it asks for domain and when I add domain.com, it tells me that the domain already exists in the Apche Configuration. I go to accounts, but no domains are listed there, I dont want subdomain, I want to access the cpanel for the main domain. Any help?

  Hello, To check the Apache configuration you will have to contact your hosting provider, You are getting this issues because that domain entry is already added in Apache config. Your hosting provider will check that and remove that for you.

  Well actually, I have unmanaged dedi, so they wont... What can I do on my own?

  Hello :) Access your server via SSH as "root" and use the following command to determine which account the domain name is already associated with:
  /scripts/whoowns $domain
