ticket system not working correctly

Not sure if this has been discussed or not, but randomly I'm getting failures when trying to submit a ticket through cPanel's support area. This is the exact error: An error occurred while parsing the response from the server during ticket submission. It makes ticket's submissions harder than they already are for quick issues. It can be seen most of the times when you're on the last submission's step, however, today I got it when typing the server's hostname. Tried to submit a ticket several times under Chrome, Firefox and Safari (on a Mac) and failed. Is this something normal? Cheers!
