Can not create account on Whm

Transfer an account to a new VPS but the deleted soon after. When I try to create the same account again gives the following error: Account Creation Status: failed This system already has an account named "asded932". When I try to restore the backup of the same account gives the following in the image below. .vB

  You can move the backup file from its backup location to /home or /root Then use the "Restore a full backup/cpmove file" and select the option to "Overwrite the existing user"

  I've done it and it did not work . I received the same message .
