After upgraded to WHM 11.46.
Not able to create new account, no able to go WHM basic configuration, not able to use Account function.

Users also reported not seeing their databases. Any solution to this?

Hello :) Is this server configured with 1:1 NAT? This is documented here: 1:1 NAT If not, please delete the following file and let us know if the issue persists: /var/cpanel/cpnat

I had a similar error message as tekify (same WHM version) and can confirm the posted solution fixed my account errors in WHM and I am once again able to see SQL users in cPanel. Thanks, cPanelMichael!0
