Strange problem with a account handling php files on folders

Hello all, Today a client contacted me because he has a strange problem in his account, he has a website with php files, everything works fine if he calls his files or just point to his website directly like www.hiswebsite.com, http://hiswebsite.com or www.hiswebsite.com/file.php however if he create a folder and place php files on it is impossible to navigate to the php files, instead of displaying the websites the php file start download immediately but its only in subdirs/folders like http://hiswebsite.com/test/one.php. I check his .htaccess file and is fine, however i deleted it and the problem persist, there is no .htaccess inside the folders, i already restart apache and the same occurs; i checked with other accounts on the server and the others accounts work fine, the only problematic account is this. Do any of you have had a similar problem? Thank

  Hello :) Do you notice any error messages in /usr/local/apache/logs/error_log when this happens? Are there any custom php.ini files within these directories? Also, check to ensure no additional .htaccess files are located in the account's home directory. Thank you.
