Sudden change of nice value of apache child processes

Hello! We're running a centOS 6.6 VPS and we had a crash on tuesday morning (11/11). After it came back up, I checked Munin and found and increase in low priority processes: .vB It alarmed me a bit since I don't recall making any configuration changes that would take effect on restart. I checked htop and found that the nice on the apache processes is now automatically set to 18. .vB My questions are: 1. What could've caused that to happen? 2. Should I be concerned? Should I switch it back and how? I can provide more details/specs if needed. Thank you.

  Hello :) cPanel should not alter those settings, and you are welcome to modify the values if you prefer.
